Wael was on the path towards a professional athlete career when he decided to pursue his true calling: the business industry. After receiving his “Bachelors degree in Business and Finance“ and his “Master’s degree in Business Management and Leadership”, he pursued his passion to build his own business.
Today Wael credits his wide-ranging knowledge and his innate creativity as the key to his success. His excellent management and focus on customer satisfaction result in flattering looks perfectly tailored to every one of his clients.

Joining our team as General manager, Cindy has over 23 years in the beauty industry. She has received national recognition for her sales growth and has 10 years experience in business development. With her infectious energy she will be a positive influence, leading our team to embrace education and offer the best customer service to every client! 

Lisa  has been a stylist since the 80s, specializing in a mature clientele, some of whom have trusted her expertise for over 30 years. She loves all aspects of the beauty industry and is known for her hard work , dedication and kind soul! She looks forward to meeting every new and existing client she serves. 

Diane has been a dedicated stylist in the hair industry for 34 years and she does it all, but she specializes in colour and men’s cuts. She has a wonderful energy and is an expert at educating clients on their hair needs with our wide variety of retail brands.

 

Hannah joins the Shades team with 6 years of experience as a stylist. She always has a smile and great energy.

Hannah especially enjoys doing both men’s and women’s cuts, and always leaves her clients feeling good about themselves!

Yanick has a flair for style and loves everything about the beauty industry, especially color and blonding services. As  he continues to champion learning he is ready to take on your hair aspirations 

Kara started her career as an esthetician on Prince Edward Island before moving to Saint. John. Her specialty is short gel nails, and waxing, she is looking forward to pampering returning and new clientele 

James Arsenault, a dedicated esthetician with a passion for people and a commitment to making you feel as amazing as your nails and brows will look. With a keen eye for detail and a flair for creativity, he transforms nails, brows, and more into stunning works of art. But beyond the beauty, he supports a safe and welcoming space for clients to share their experiences using art to connect with people. With James it's not just about the nails; it's about empowering and uplifting everyone on their journey through self expression.

Mary has been doing reception work for many years, 13 of those in the beauty industry. She loves what she does and she’s good at it!
